Simple Cinnamon Rolls

These yummy cinnamon buns are sure to be a hit with your family. They have an extra cinnamon burst, a yummy maple glaze and are so easy a monkey could make them.

For the dough
2 3/4 cup (345g) unbleach all purpose flour, reserve 1/2 cup
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 package yeast(mine was 8.75g by weight)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup whole milk(or 2%, 1%, skim or any other milk substitute).
2 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 large egg
:For the filling
3 tsp. granulater sugar
3 tsp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
:For the glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp. pure maple suryp
1-2 tbsp. whole milk
