Simple Crab Soup Recipe

I know what you are thinking... this soup doesn't have a lot of ingredients, so it probably doesn't have a lot of flavor. NOPE! It is amazing! This soup is what my Mother-in-law is known for and it is by far my husband's favorite. It is my most favorite too!

2 (6 oz) cans of minced white crab meat
1 cup onion, finely diced
1 cup celery, finely diced
2 cups potatoes, finely diced
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 quart of half and half (for a healthier dish you can use skim milk and it will still taste delicious!)
2 teaspoons of salt
Pepper to taste
Place your your onion, celery and potatoes in a large pot. Drain your crab meat and pour the crab meat liquid over all the veggies. Then add enough water to cover all of the vegetables. Simmer over medium...
