This is probably the best and most simple guacamole recipe I have ever had. I owe my little brother Brian a big thanks because he is the one who shared it with me when he visited us last summer.

4 diced roma tomatos
2 medium shallots, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
If you want some heat add cayenne pepper to taste, cilantro and lime are good things to add if you are so inclined
