5 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
15 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
