My all time favorite dessert, enjoy the taste of Italy with simple ingredients that you already have at home. Creamy, a touch of sweetness, and beautiful berries to top it off.

1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Packet Unflavored Gelatin
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
Berry Topping:
2 Cups Berries of your choosing ( I did strawberries and raspberries)
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Packet Unflavored Gelatin
