This simple supper recipe is ready in 20 minutes, super easy, healthy and delicious. It’s a perfect recipe for when you don’t have much time. Salmon is rich in omega 3, so it’s great for your skin, brain and eyes. To top it off, Salmon is a good source of tryptophan which should help you sleep better. What’s not to love?

2 salmon fillets
2/3 cup/190g greek yoghurt
2 tsp. paprika
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cucumber
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped red pepper
