1) 1 can tomato soup
2) 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
3) 3/4 cup of of uncooked minute rice.(or 1 cup precooked rice)
4) 1 tsp each: Parsley,oregano,celery salt

A) Combine all ingredients into large sauce pan. Start on High heat,bring to a boil
B) Cover reduce to med low heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve!
