Muffins scattered with cinnamon chips and filled with a decadent cinnamon filling. They're the perfect start to any morning or an afternoon pick me up with you favorite cup of coffee.

1/2 cup King Arthur Flour Baker's Cinnamon Filling
3 tablespoons water
*Or you can substitute 3 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
3 tablespoons water
