Skillet Buffalo Chicken Pasta Recipe

Try this quick and easy buffalo chicken pasta for a perfect weeknight meal!

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce, (like Moore\'s or Frank\'s brands)
2 1/2 cups bite-sized pasta, uncooked
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup frozen peas
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into about 1\" pieces
1/4 cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
