1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped or sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced thin
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small bite-sized chunks
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
