•2 tsp of garlic minced garlic

•2 Bell Peppers, any color

•½ of a medium onion

•1 pound of extra-lean ground beef

•1 14.5 oz can of whole tomatoes

•1 14 oz can of low-sodium chicken broth

•1 8oz can of tomato sauce

•1 teaspoon of kosher salt and pepper to taste
