Like the taste of stuffed peppers, but don't want to heat up the house by starting the oven, then this is a recipe you should try.

•2 tablespoon of oil

•2 tsp of garlic minced garlic

•2 Bell Peppers, any color

•½ of a medium onion

•1 pound of extra-lean ground beef

•1 14.5 oz can of whole tomatoes

•1 14 oz can of low-sodium chicken broth
