Skinny Blueberry Oat Muffins

A delicious muffin loaded with flavour and tastes so good that you'll forget they're healthy! Perfect with a cup of tea.

2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup almond milk (or soy milk, or low fat organic milk)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup unrefined sugar
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cup oats
pinch of cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 – 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
