{Skinny} Chicken Divan

Traditional chicken divan is loaded with cheese, sour cream and bread crumbs, but I far prefer this version!. There's so much flavor in the yummy sauce and this is a super easy dish for a weeknight meal.

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
3 cups cooked white, brown or wild grain rice
1 large head of fresh broccoli, steamed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup light mayonnaise or plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
