Slabs of Spaghetti Squash with Onions and Cheese

1 size spaghetti squash average
- 1 onion -
2 tbsp flour d oats (no flakes!) or wheat flour type 55 or 65
-2 eggs -
200 g of grated cheese -
2 tbsp chive
- olive oil -
Salt and pepper

Salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti squash whole, with l boiling salted water, for 20 minutes. Cut it into two, let cool. Retrieve the flesh with a fork that will detach spaghetti-shaped.
Peel l onion and chop it finely.
Mix all the ingredients. Let stand.
Form small patties and cook them in a non-stick pan for about 10 minutes each side or until patties are browned and well taken.
My suggestions:-keep the seeds of squash to make dried pumpkin (cooked) salt seed:
