Sloppy Joes with chopped & shredded carrots & celery, all cooked in the Ninja!

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1/2 medium onion, chopped
• 2 stalks of celery, chopped small (I used a chopper)
• ½ cup baby carrots, chopped/shredded (I used a chopper again)
• 1 medium green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
* A few jalopenos, chopped small
• 1/2 cup steak sauce
• 2 cup beef broth (2 beef bouillon cubes & 2 cups water)
* 3 T Worcestershire sauce
• salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
• 8 hamburger buns
• 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
• 1/2 medium onion, chopped
• 2 stalks of celery, chopped small (I used a chopper)

1. In the Ninja, brown the ground beef with onions.
2. Add the remainder of the ingredients, except the cheese.
3. Heat through.
4. Serve on buns with cheese.
** Can be turned down to crockpot low & simmer until needed.
