Slow cooked sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions simmered in red wine. This dish pairs well with mock mashed potatoes for a low carb meal or serve with noodles for a traditional dish!

4 bay leaves
10-12 sprigs fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste
