1 ½ ( 2 lb. boneless chuck roast )
1 cup beef broth
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons minced garlic
Sandwich rolls ( for serving )
Optional: mayonnaise, coleslaw, lettuce, sliced tomato
