Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Brisket – A hearty, full flavored, crowd-pleasing delicious Slow Cooked Barbecue Brisket that is marinated overnight, seared and then slow cooked on low heat yielding a tender, melt-in-your-mouth, smoky flavored BBQ Beef!

Dry Rub
2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp coarse black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Brisket
1 Tbsp Olive oil
3 to 3 ½ lb beef brisket
1 large white onion, cut in small wedges
BBQ Sauce
¼ cup butter
½ small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic, heaping
1 ½ cup ketchup
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
