A flavorful, moist boneless pork loin that cooks in the slow cooker in about 4 hours.

1 boneless pork loin, about 2-3 lbs.
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
1 cup red wine (I have used merlot and pinot noir)
3 tablespoons Tastefully Simple’s Garlic Garlic or 3 cloves of garlic, minced
