It is truly one of those super simple recipes that makes life with soccer practice so easy! Just throw it in the slow cooker and forget it! I served it over mashed potatoes, but it could go over noodles or rice just as well!

2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 jar (12 oz) chicken gravy
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
