A crockpot taco soup with a fun twist -- fiesta ranch flavored!

1 pound (extra lean) ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
4 tablespoons fiesta ranch dressing package, dry
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can (15.5 ounces) chili beans
1 can (15.5 ounces) kidney beans
1 can (15 ounces) corn
1 can (10.75) condensed tomato soup
2 cups beef broth
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) fire roasted with seasoning diced tomatoes
1 jalapeno, optional
Freshly shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Sour cream, for topping
Green onions, optional
