Slow Cooker Garlic Apple Pork

5 lbs pork
1 large onion sliced
2 apples peeled & cubed
2 garlic cloves
3 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook your favorite way, at least on high for six hours. I like it best when I have it on low all day long so it melts in your mouth.... mmm!
