Slow Cooker Ham and Sweet Potatoes

An easy holiday meal!

3-4 lb. Black Forest ham half
2 lbs. peeled and cut sweet potatoes (I cut mine ½ inch thick)
1 (20-oz.) can sliced pineapple, (the juices from the can get added to the slow cooker too)
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
