2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (1.5 ounce) packet taco seasoning
1 (1 ounce) packet Ranch dressing seasoning
2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (19 ounce) bag of Birds Eye Steamfresh Pure & Simple Mixed Vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, and green beans)
Optional (for serving): corn chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, or green onions
