1 pound carrots ( peeled and sliced into 1-inch pieces )
8 red potatoes ( quartered )
1 sweet onion ( chopped )
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
4 cloves garlic ( minced )
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3-4 pound) pork roast ( boneless )
1 lemon ( halved )
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
3 Tablespoons cornstarch ( optional )
3 Tablespoons water ( optional )
