Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders

This is the juiciest, most tender and flavorful chicken I've ever had. It's pretty much my new favorite way to cook chicken. You have to try it. Period. It's that good.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
