4 Boneless Pork Chops (5 oz. each)
1/2 cup all purpose flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
1/4 teaspoon season salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Gravy:
2 cups hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a large resealable plastic bag combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon season salt. Add each pork chop one at a time and shake the bag to coat. Add the 2 teaspoons of oil to a skillet and brown the pork chops on both sides on medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
In a large bowl dissolve the bouillon cubes by adding the hot water. Next, whisk in the 1/2 cup of flour, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Continue to stir until completely mixed. Pour gravy mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours.
Remove pork chops just before serving. Whisk the gravy to combine and serve over the pork chops.
Enjoy!
