Slow Cooker Red Wine Beef Stew

This Slow Cooker Red Wine Beef Stew doesn’t require any flour and loaded with potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. On top of that, it has a very delicious and rich sauce too enjoy!

1 cup onion, chopped into quarters
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup dry red wine
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3 cups small red potatoes, cut in half
2 carrots, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 cups low-sodium beef broth
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Fresh chopped parsley
