2 ½ pound boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of large fat pockets
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 c. water
Balsamic Glaze
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
