Slow cooker sweet garlic chicken is an easy & simple dinner that has loads of flavor. Chicken and an easy homemade sweet garlic sauce cook in the slow cooker all day. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7-up)
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1/2 - 1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
