Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Slow cooker recipes are becoming more and more common these days. With both parents working and all the evening sports and events, we must get the children to on time!! Digging out that slow cooker these days just makes good sense.

1) 1Lb Lean Ground Beef (uncooked)
2) 1 Onion, finely chopped
3) 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, cubed
4) 1/2 each Bell Peppers, Red & Orange
5) 1/2 Cup Ketchup
6) 1/2 Vegetable Soup Broth
7) 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
8) 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper flakes
9) 2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
10) 1 Tbsp Honey
A) In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion garlic & Spieces. Mix well. B) In a small mixing bowl combine Vegetable broth, peppers, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple & honey. Mix well, set aside. C) Form mixture into small 1 inch balls, place them into slow cooker. D) Take the broth mixture and pour evenly over the meatballs. E) Bake on high heat for 4 hours. *** Serve over rice for a great meal, or all by themselves as a little appetizer!***

1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
3. Blend for 30 seconds
