Chicken slow cooks with corn, hominy and onions in this Latin American inspired soup.

1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
28 ounces canned hominy, drained
14 ounces canned corn, drained
14 ounces canned tomatoes.
3 cups fat free chicken broth
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
