My Nana used to make lovely fried apple pies the size of a man's hand - and I loved 'em! Now, I'm older and need to watch calorie intake but I need my Nana's pies. So, I shrank the recipe and these 2-bite treats are perfect!

¼ Cup Sugar – optional

You will need:
1 teaspoon softened butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1-3 Tablespoons milk
