Smiley Blueberry Pancakes

A classic blueberry pancake with a little surprise!

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup blueberries
1. Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the blueberries. 2. Grease a griddle or frying pan, and heat it to medium high. 3. Pour 1/2 cup of the batter onto the griddle. 4. Place the blueberries on top of the batter in the pan in the shape of a smiley face. 5. Allow the pancake to cook for about 3 minutes, then flip it over. 6. Cook the pancake for 3 more minutes, or until done. 7. Repeat the process until the batter is gone.
