This smoked salmon and quinoa salad is packed with different flavors and is highly nutritious. Smoky fish, spicy radishes and nutty quinoa!

1/2 cup quinoa , cooked and cooled
1 can (14 oz. or 400g) red beans , drained
1/2 red onion , chopped
10 cherry tomatoes , halved
8 medium radishes , sliced and halved
2 oz. (60g) baby spinach
5 oz. (140g) smoked salmon , sliced

For the dressing:

2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic , chopped
