This is so delicious! What more is there to say?! It's easy to prepare, and you can use beef or pork ribs, chicken legs, pork chops, anything you like!

1 1/2 lbs / 500 g Pork or Beef ribs (bone in or out) Or you can choose chops, drumsticks etc.
1/2 package of McCormicks Smokin Sweet Tea Spice mix (save the other half for another meal!)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Medium potatoes Skin on.
