Ooey gooey smore bars. I like these even better than real s'mores, and you don't have to deal with campfire smoke!

1 cup butter, soft
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups marshmallow creme
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
