Smothered Chicken Casserole

This casserole is super delicious, and better yet the leftovers are just as good as the day you made it.

1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 strips turkey bacon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1 pound angel hair pasta
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 strips turkey bacon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1 pound angel hair pasta
Marinate the chicken breasts with the Caesar dressing for at least 3 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
