Snappy Chops with Brown Sugar Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Tender pork chops with a kick paired with a sweet and tangy brown sugar balsamic vinegar glaze. This is best paired with the Roasted Steak Veggie.

Chops:
4 Porks Chops
Glusto Seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter

Glaze:
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Chops: Give a dusting of Gusto to both sides of each chop. Rub the Tbsp of brown sugar on all the chops. Heat your pan to a medium/medium high heat. Melt the butter in the heated pan. Once the pan is hot add the chops. Let the chops cook on each side about 8 minutes or until you get a nice seer and can tell its cooking through. Once the chops are cooked turn the heat off and allow the chops to rest. Glaze: In a small sauce pan whisk the water, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy, and corn starch together. Bring to a calm boil and cook about 5 minutes or until the glaze is thick. Drizzle a little glaze over the cooked chops and enjoy!
