3/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup applesauce
4 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups shredded peeled Crunch Pak apples
3 teaspoons flour
For the Frosting
1 cup butter ( softened )
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
For the Topping
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
slice d Crunch Pak apples
