Snickerdoodle Dessert Bars

We’re a Snickerdoodle loving family at our house! Those soft little cookies with the cinnamon sugar on top lets just say, they get made often & disappear rather quickly. My teenage daughter is becoming quite the baker. She’s made this recipe for groups of her friends and is now getting requests to bake these each time they have a party. A tray of these little beauties went to a New Years Eve party with her this evening, and lucky for me there were a few left in the pan…ahhh delicious with

2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 T vanilla extract
2 T granulated sugar
2 t ground cinnamon
