This is like your favorite cinnamon sugar cookie in cake form, from heaven. And it takes less than 2 minutes!

1/4 c flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
