Your favorite Snickerdoodle cookie in a pie form!

1 9-inch pastry shell

Syrup:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons corn syrup

Batter:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cups flour
