Snow Cream
122
We made this while growing up in New Jersey. I live in DE now, and we don't get much snow anymore, but when we do this is on the menu. Mom always told me to NEVER use the first year's snow though....

1 egg beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 can whole milk
2 capfuls vanilla
SNOW SNOW SNOW

2 capfuls vanilla
SNOW SNOW SNOW
**the software won't let me add just SNOW as the last ingredient. I want to clarify that this recipe DOES NOT call for ICE CUBES. It is only a big huge bowl of snow**
1. Find the largest bowl that you have and stick it out on your back deck or someplace safe to collect a lot of fresh falling snow.
2. Bring the bowl inside and add the ingredients above.
3 Fold until well blended.
It can be eaten right then and there. Be sure to store the rest in a large Tupperware container and freeze.
**RAW EGG WARNING** Caution should be taken in consuming raw and lightly-cooked eggs due to the slight risk of Salmonella or other food-borne illness. To reduce this risk, I recommend you use only fresh, properly-refrigerated, clean, grade A or AA eggs with intact shells, and avoid contact between the yolks or whites and the shell. WE NEVER GOT SICK.
