Soft and Salty Pretzel Bites

These little bites are fantastic for the game, for an appy or for just a lazy afternoon. Serve with marinara or a artisan mustard!

1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus extra for sprinkling
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
4 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
