Soft-As-Butter Peanut Butter Cookies

These peanut butter cookies are so soft, they practically melt in your mouth!

1 cup butter
1¼ cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2¾ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
¾ c sugar
