Sour Cream Banana Coffee Cake

3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup sour cream (light and fat free work fine)

Topping:
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar till creamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla, eggs, bananas, and sour cream....
