Sour Cream Banana Donuts

Baked Banana Donuts with a chocolate chip glaze

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
3 brown spotty bananas
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening

Preheat oven to 375* Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. Cream the butter, salt and sugar until smooth. Add egg and sour cream and beat again until creamy....
