Easy coffee cake with sour cream and chocolate chips

For the Cake
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
For the Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
For the Glaze
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the butter mixture. Mix together...
