Sour Cream Pound Cake

This sour cream pound cake is my definition of the perfect pound cake. Dense, but moist and light at the same time. It's not too thick, and it's definitely not dry and crumbly.

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream

For the Strawberries and Cream Topping:
1 lb strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9'' loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy....
